Following in the footsteps of their previous dream car: The Aventador, Lamborghini has made this beauty. Sesto Elemento roughly translates to “The Sixth Element” which is why the chassis, driveshaft and suspension are all made of carbon fibre allowing for its streamlined body and its lean build weighing in at only 999 kg (2200 lbs). It uses a specially fitted gearbox so that one piston comes up before the other one goes down allowing for a seamless transition and no slowdown. It has 5.2 litre V10 engine that generates 570 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque (the same one used in the gallardo). It uses 10 hexagonal holes in the engine cover to allow air to help cool the engine as you drive and can go from 0-62 mph in a mere 2.5 seconds. They plan to make only 20 Sesto Elementos, each worth $1.5 million, and made specifically for track use only (since it isn’t road legal). If you want to know more, just click the picture.
