Modern House In San Francisco

The guys over at dwell found a very modern house that Lorena Siminovich and Esteban Kerner were looking for when buying a house in San Francisco. They didn’t find any in the neighborhood they wanted until Esteban (design director of Old Navy) went on Craigslist and found an old 1,485 sq. foot house in that exact neighborhood. It was old, so they hired interior designers to convert it into a modern and space efficient home. The house looks great and I really like the feel that the house seems to give off. Remember that there are different types of “modern” houses, so the type of modernism that the people at square one may design will be different than the type that Lorena and Esteban aimed for. Check out the gallery above for pictures of their house.
